Many of our pet pals already spend time at our dog daycare, so they’re familiar with the space, the routine, and the people who care for them. Puppies under 8 months get a head start through Puppy Preschool, our socialization program at our Ferndale location.
While here, you can also add dog grooming to the stay, so your pet returns home feeling clean and comfortable.
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM
Any arrivals prior to 2pm will incur a $25 check in fee.
Check-out is at 12:00 PM
Any departures after 12pm will incur a $25 check out fee.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
To secure your pet’s stay, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Non-peak reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours before check-in for a refund. Peak and holiday stays include a $5 nightly surcharge and require at least five days’ notice for deposit refunds.
For stays exceeding 14 days, weekly payments will be automatically processed using the card on file. Any additional nights added after check-in will follow the same payment schedule.
